Richard Wagner is a former Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 73 from 2006 to 2012.

Wagner is retired. He worked as a Professor at Bates College from 1970-2004, and was an Associate Professor at Bucknell University from 1964-1970.[1]
