Richard Weldon, Jr. (b. September 26, 1958) was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 3B from January 8, 2003 until his resignation on December 17, 2009. Weldon initially served as a Republican but changed to unaffiliated on September 30, 2008.[1]

Weldon left the House to become executive assistant for Frederick city Mayor Randy McClement.[2]
