Rick Berg (b. August 16, 1959) is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He has represented the 45th District since 1985.

Berg is an owner and broker for Goldmark Commercial Corporation.

Berg earned his BS in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University. He and his wife, Tracy Martin, have one child; Jack.[1]
