Rick Berg (b. August 16, 1959) was a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. He represented the 45th District from 1985 to 2010.

Berg is an owner and broker for Goldmark Commercial Corporation.

Berg earned his BS in Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University. He and his wife, Tracy Martin, have one child; Jack.[1]
