Rick Hunnicutt was a Republican member of the Wyoming State Senate. He has represented District 5 since his appointment in 2009. He was appointed to fill the seat of Senator Bob Fecht, who resigned.[1]

Hunnicutt earned his BS in Zoology from the University of Wyoming in 1971. He went on to earn his MS in Special Education/Vocational Rehabilitation in 1975.[2]
