Rick Moye is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He has represented District 27 since 2006.

Moye has worked as a School Bus Driver and Businessman. [1]

Moye is running for re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 27. He is one of nine candidates running for the five District 27 Delegate positions on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. The five top vote-getters are elected. [2]


In 2008 Moye was re-elected to the West Virginia House District 27. Moye (D) finished with 15,918 votes second only to Linda Sumner (R) who had 17,218 votes. Moye was followed by William Wooton (D) with 14,962 votes, Sally Matz Susman (D) with 14,894 votes, Virginia Mahan (D) with 12,877 votes, Louis Gall (D) with 12,415 votes, Jeffrey Peck (R) with 11,313 votes, Dereck Severt (R) with 10,348 votes, Philip Stevens (R) with 9,874 votes and Kevin Honaker (R) with 9,147 votes.[3] Moye raised $17,583 for his campaign fund.[4]
