This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $38.86 million in order to help pay for construction, remodeling, technology and safety upgrades as well as improving energy efficiency of the schools in the district.[1] The district superintendent noted that consistently the district faces water problems over the Christmas holidays and this bond would have gone towards ensuring students had the best facilities to use.[2]
