Two River Rouge School District Levy Renewal measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the school district of River Rouge, which is in Wayne County.

Both measures were defeated

The first measure sought to renew the current non residential property tax set at a rate of $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further two years in order to help pay for operational costs of the school district.[1]

The second measure sought to increase the current property tax by a rate of $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help pay for acquiring land and building new facilities in the district.[2]

  • YES 638 (33.54%)
