Robert "Bob" D. Beach is a Democratic member of the West Virginia State Senate, representing District 13 since 2010. He is a former member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 44 from 1998-2010.

Beach was a retail manager from 1980 to 2000. He is currently Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of Garrett College Foundation Incorporated.

Beach attended Spruce School of Real Estate and Fairmount State College.[1]

Beach defeated Republican Cindy Frich in the November 2 general election for West Virginia Senate, District 13. His primary elected opponent, Ron Justice, withdrew from the campaign because of medical issues. [2] [3][4][5]
