Robert Costa (b. October 9, 1958) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 33B since January 8, 2003.

Costa is a Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. He previously served in the United States Army and worked as a real estate agent.

Costa is a member of the Task Force on Health Care Access and Reimbursement, Maryland Medicaid Advisory Committee, Maryland Veterans Caucus, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, State Advisory Council on Hepatitis C, and Taxpayers Protection Caucus.[1]
