Robert Marshall is a Democratic member of the Delaware State Senate, representing District 3, since 1978.

Marshall graduated with a Bachelor of Art's degree from Edison State College in New Jersey.

In addition to being a senator, Marshall is also the Director of the Delaware Skills Center.

Marshall ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Delaware State Senate District 3. Marshall defeated Eric M. Anderson and Timothy J. Meades, Sr. in the Democratic primary on September 11, 2012 and was unchallenged in the general election on November 6, 2012. [2][3]
