Robert Skarphol (b. October 22, 1945) is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 2. He was elected to the chamber in 2000. Skarphol previously served in the House from 1992 to 1998.

Biography

Skarphol attended the University of North Dakota. He has worked as an independent oil contract pumper and a farmer.

Skarphol ran in the 2012 election for North Dakota Senate District 2. Skarphol and fellow incumbent David Rust ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 12. They defeated Dorvan Solberg in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
