Robert A. "Bobby" Zirkin is a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 11. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.


Zirkin earned his bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1993 and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998.
