Roger Reinert (b. July 22, 1970) is a Democratic Farm-Labor member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 7 since 2011. He also served as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2009 to 2011.

Reinert has worked as a teacher in the Duluth School District and Lake Superior School District, served in the United States Naval Reserve, and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Extension.

He is a member of the Asbury Methodist Church.[1]

Reinert won re-election to the District 7 seat in 2012. He was unopposed in the August 14 primary, and defeated Republican Tyler Verry in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
