Ron Little was a 2012 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House representing the 6th Congressional District of Maryland. Little was defeated by John Delaney in the Democratic primary on April 3, 2012.[1]


Little was born in the Bronx, New York.[2] He was a first generation college graduate and obtained a degree in law. [2]

Little ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Maryland's 6th District. Little sought the nomination on the Democratic ticket, but he was defeated by John Delaney in the Democratic primary on April 3, 2012. [3]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run was January 11, 2012.[4]

Little and his wife moved to Maryland in 1998. [2] They have three children – ages 11, 9, and 8. [2]
