Ronald Villanueva is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 21 since 2010.

He defeated incumbent Robert Mathieson in the 2009 general election. The election was too close to call and Villanueva was not certified the winner by the Virginia Beach electoral board until November 10.[1]
