Rosalyn R. "Roz" Dance is a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 63. She was first elected to the chamber during a special election on April 6, 2005.


Dance received her B.S. in Nursing from Virginia State University in 1986. She later received her Master's of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1994. She is the Owner/Manager of Manhattans Restaurant.[1] Dance has served as Councilwoman and Mayor for the City of Petersburg.

Dance won re-election in the 2013 election for Virginia House of Delegates District 63. Dance defeated Evandra D. Thompson in the June 11 Democratic primary. She was unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 5, 2013.[3][4]
