Rudolph Cane (b. May 23, 1934) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 37A since January 13, 1999.

Cane is an Administrator of Community and Housing Development for Shore Up Incorporated, and is Vice President of Cane's Rentals. He has previously been Director of Administration for Eastern Regional Laboratory, an Evaluation Engineer with the Bureau of Materials and Research, and served in the United States Army.

Cain is Chair of the Wicomico County Delegation, and a member of the Chesapeake Forest Citizens Advisory Committee, Maryland Rural Caucus, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, Mid-Shore Regional Council, Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, Maryland Legislative Black Caucus, and the Maryland State Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights.[1]
