Russell Holmes is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Sixth Suffolk district. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Holmes won re-election in the 2012 election for Massachusetts House of Representatives Sixth Suffolk District. Holmes was unopposed in the September 6 Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Holmes won election to the Sixth Suffolk Seat in 2010. He defeated Kathy Gabriel, Darrin Howell, Divo Monteiro and Karen Payne in the September 14 Democratic primary. He faced no opposition in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
