Sam C. Mims V (b. April 2, 1972) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 97. He was first elected to the chamber in 2003.


Mims earned his B.B.A. from Delta State University. His professional experience includes working as a sales representative.[1]
