A Same-Day Voter Registration, Proposition E ballot proposition is on the November 2, 2010 ballot in San Francisco.[1]

The measure will allow voters who miss the State of California's voter registration deadline, which is 15 days before the election, to cast a provisional ballot in local elections.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted to put the measure on the ballot by a vote of 9-2.
