Proposition B amended the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco to eliminate a reference to the number of staff members provided for members of the Board of Supervisors.
Pre-Measure B, the city charter required that supervisors have two aides. With the approval of Proposition B, supervisors' staffing levels are allowed to change depending on the state of the city's budget.
