San Francisco Boards and Commission Diversity Measure D appeared on the June 3, 2008 ballot in San Francisco, California, where it won. It amends the city and county charters so that appointments to city and county boards and commissions include both men and women and reflect diversity regarding "ethnicity, race, sexual orientation and types of disabilities".
