A San Francisco Policy Against Funding the Deployment of Armed Forces in Iraq Act, Proposition U ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in San Francisco, where it was approved.

Proposition U declared that it is the policy of the city that its elected representatives in the United States Senate and House of Representatives vote against any further funding for the deployment of United States Armed Forces in Iraq, except for funds specifically earmarked to provide for the safe and orderly withdrawal of troops from Iraq.
