San Francisco Health and Pension Benefits Measure B will appear on the June 3, 2008 ballot in San Francisco, California. It increases the years of service required for new employees to qualify for subsidized health benefits at retirement, and adjusts the formula for calculating retiree health benefits for new employees.

Prop. B also increases the cost-of-living adjustments for city employees who retire after January 10, 2009. The measure is strongly supprted by labor unions.
