A Santa Rosa Urban Growth Boundary Extension, Measure O ballot question was on the November 2, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. It was approved.

Measure O resulted in the adoption of a City of Santa Rosa ordinance that amended section 17-28.010 of the Santa Rosa City Code to extend Santa Rosa's Urban Growth Boundary ordinance through to December 31, 2035.
