On her website, Laszloffy said, "The structurally unbalanced state budget is the biggest issue in 2012." Regarding education, she called for "more accountability and more choices like charter schools." Regarding the economy, she called for the reduction of the business equipment tax and workers' compensation reform. She expressed herself as pro-life, pro-gun (with increased access to public land for hunting and fishing), and in favor of property rights.[1]

Laszloffy won election in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 57. Laszloffy defeated Debra Bonogofsky in the June 5 primary election and defeated Sean Whiting (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
