H. Sawin Millett, Jr. (b. October 8, 1937) was a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives. He represented the 95th District from 1968-72 and from 2002-2010. He was term-limited in 2010, so he ran for Maine State Senate, losing in the general election.

Millett is retired. He has served as State Office Representative/Western Maine Regional Director to United States Senator Susan Collins, Communications/Association Communications for Maine State Government, Associate Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Commissioner of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, and Commissioner of the Department of Finance.

Millett is a member of the Advisory Committee to Western Maine University and Community College Center, Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce, and Maine Educational Council.[1]

In 2010, Millett ran for the Maine State Senate, District 14, but was defeated by Democrat John Patrick in the November 2 general election.[2]
