A total of 2,141 seats will be up for election in 666 of America's largest school districts by enrollment in 2014. These elections will take place in 39 states. There are 11 states where the largest districts by enrollment will not hold elections in 2014: Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Washington.
