Scott E. Hutchinson (b. August 19, 1961) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing District 21. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.

Hutchinson served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1993 to 2012.

Biography

Hutchinson earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance in 1983. His professional experience includes working as the Chief Deputy County Treasurer for Venango County from 1984 to 1992 and as the Vice President of the Oil City Area School Board from 1985 to 1992.
