Scott Lipke (b. March 28, 1969) is a former Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented District 157 from 2003 to 2011.

Lipke earned his JD from the Valparaiso University School of Law and BS in Political Science from Murray State University. He has worked as an Attorney for Jones and Deimund, and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney/Legal Counsel for Cape Girardeau County.

He is a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, Ducks Unlimited, Jackson Chamber of Commerce, Jackson Jaycees, Missouri Farm Bureau, Perryville Chamber of Commerce, Riverside Regional Library, Saint Paul Lutheran Church, Safehouse for Women, and the Southeast Missouri Pachyderm Club.[1]

Lipke was a potential candidate in the 2013 special election for the U.S. House, representing Missouri's 8th District. The election is being held to replace Jo Ann Emerson. The general election date has been set for June 4th.[2]

There is no primary election, instead each party's nomination will be chosen by a committee. Jason T. Smith was selected by the GOP to be their nominee in the general election.[3][4]

On November 04, 2008, Scott Lipke ran for District 157 of the Missouri House of Representatives, beating Jennifer Friedrich. [5]
