Scott Milheiser was a Democratic candidate for District 41 of the Wisconsin State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Milheiser has been a papermaker and union member at Appleton Coated for 21 years. He is vice president and union steward of the United Steelworkers local 2-144.[1]

Milheiser was defeated by incumbent Republican Joan Ballweg in the November 2 general election. Also defeated was Independent Jay Selthofner. Milheiser was unopposed in the primary election. [2]
