Scott Sales (b. July 26, 1960) is a Republican member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 34 since January 7, 2013.

Sales is a former member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing the 68th District from 2003 to 2011. Sales served as Minority Leader. State term limits disqualified him from re-election in 2010.

Sales won election in the 2012 election for Montana State Senate, District 34. Sales defeated Debra Brown and Kurt Bushnell in the June 5 primary election and defeated Michael B. Comstock (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
