Scott Slater (b. May 28, 1975) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 10.

Slater won re-election in the 2012 election for Rhode Island House of Representatives District 10. Slater was unopposed in the September 11 Democratic primary and defeated James Entwistle (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Slater won re-election to the 10th District Seat in 2010. He defeated Ana Quezada in the September 14 primary election and defeated Republican Brian Mayben in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2][3]

In 2008 Slater was elected to the Rhode Island House District 10. Slater (D) finished with 2,810 votes while his opponent David Talan (R) finished with 420 votes.[4] Slater raised $30,525 for his campaign fund.[5]
