Sean Flaherty (b. June 11, 1985) was a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives. He represented the 127th District from 2008 until his defeat in 2010.

Flaherty works for the American Association for Justice.

He is a member of the 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, Fraternity Lodge #54, Governor William King Lodge #219, Maine Swimming Incorporated, and New Leaders Council.[1]
