Shantel Krebs (b. April 28, 1973) is a Republican member of the South Dakota State Senate, representing District 10. Krebs was elected to the South Dakota State Senate in 2010.

Krebs was a candidate for the South Dakota House in 2002 but was not elected. She was elected in the following election in 2004. She served in the South Dakota State House of Representatives until 2011, representing the 10th District.

She initially worked in the health care industry before becoming a business owner of two retail stores in downtown Sioux Falls. She currently works in business development for Milo Belle Consultants and is a partner in the Lazy RRse Buffalo Ranch.

Krebs graduated from Dakota State University in Madison with a B.S. in Business Administration. She and her husband Mitch currently reside in Renner.[1]

Krebs won re-election in the 2012 election for South Dakota State Senate District 10. Krebs ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 5 and defeated Paul A. Thompson (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
