Keeney earned her MA in Education Administration from William Woods University and BA in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University.
She has served as District Assistant to House Speaker Rod Jetton and Senator Jason Crowell, and been an elementary school teacher in the Leopold School District.
She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Harmony Congregational Methodist Church, Marble Hill Farm Bureau, Marble Hill Study Club, National Rifle Association, National Wild Turkey Federation, and Women in the Outdoors.[1]
