Three statewide ballot questions will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in South Carolina. All three are legislatively-referred constitutional amendments proposed as amendments to the South Carolina Constitution by the South Carolina State Legislature.

LR South Carolina Amendment 3 Fund investment Funds of any political subdivision of the state that have been set aside for the funding of post-employment benefits for the political subdivision's employees may be invested or reinvested in equity securities. Defeated
