South Carolina Referendum 2C, Voting Eligibility of 18-Year-Olds (1996)
Referendum 2C amended Section 4 of Article II of the South Carolina Constitution to authorize "a person who attains the age of eighteen (18) by the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November to be an elector for the calendar year" in which the person turns 18.
