SHALL THE BOARD OF FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTH FREMONT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BE AUTHORIZED, PURSUANT TO SECTION 63-802(1)(g), IDAHO CODE, TO CERTIFY TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF FREMONT COUNTY, IDAHO, A PERMANENT TAX LEVY OVERRIDE OF $125,00 IN THE PROPERTY TAX PORTION OF THE BUDGET OF THE DISTRICT BEGINNING WITH THE FISCAL YEAR WHICH COMMENCES ON OCTOBER 1, 2013, AS PROVIDED IN THE RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 9, 2013?
