|Shall the voted allocated township millage rate of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of taxable value), reduced to .89240 mills ($.89 per $1,000 of taxable value) to the original allocated rate to recover that millage reduction and be levied by St. Charles Township for 6 years, 2012 through 2017 inclusive, for general operating purposes, which .1076-mills increase will raise an estimated $7945 in the first year the millage is levied.|
