Stan Frownfelter is a Democratic member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 37 since 2013. He previously represented District 31 from 2007 to 2013.

Frownfelter has a Bachelor's degree from Emporia State University.[1]

Frownfelter refused to take Project Vote Smart's 2008 Political Courage Test. Frownfelter won re-election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 37. He ran unopposed in the August 7 Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[4][5]
