Stanley Rosenberg (b. October 12, 1949) is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts State Senate. He has represented the Hampshire and Franklin district since 2003. Rosenberg is also the President Pro Tempore with the Massachusetts Senate since 2003. His other political experiences include first assistant majority leader in the Massachusetts Senate and a representative with the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1987-1991.
Rosenberg's professional experiences include district director for United States Representative Atkins; staff member of the Massachusetts Democratic Party; an aide to State Senator Olver; director of the Arts Extension Service, community development and human service programs for the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
Rosenberg graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1977.

Rosenburg is currently involved with the Massachusetts Democratic State Committee and was involved with the State Redistricting Committee in 2000.
