Sten Hakanson was a Democratic candidate for District 52B, Minnesota House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Hakanson ran for election to the District 52B Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Matt Dean (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
