Stephen Hershey, Jr. (b. May 2, 1964) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 36. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Hershey earned his B.C.E. in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of America in 1987 and his M.B.A. from George Washington University in 2002. His professional experience includes working as the Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle.
