Stephen Labate is a 2012 Republican and Conservative Party candidate seeking election to the U.S. House representing the 3rd Congressional District of New York.


Labate is a U.S. Army reservist and financial planning advisor.[1]


Campaign themes


One of Labate's main campaign issues is repealing Obamacare.[1]

According to his website, his platform includes the following themes[2]:

  • Lower taxes, particularly on small businesses
  • Maintain U.S. military strength
  • Reduce the federal debt and curtail deficit spending
