Steve Dyer was a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives. He represented District 43 from 2007 to 2011.

Dyer is a journalist for Akron Beacon Journal and an attorney.

Dyer earned a B.A. in english from Tufts University; a M.A. in journalism from Kent State University; and a J.D. from the University of Akron. He and his wife, Melissa, have one child; Logan.[1]
