Steve Kemp was a Democratic candidate for District 31B, Minnesota House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Kemp ran for election to the District 31B seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Gregory Davids (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
