Steven Kominar (b. May 3, 1946) is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He represented District 20 from 1995 until his resignation in December 2011.[1] He served as House Assistant Majority Whip from 2003 to 2006.

Kominar attended Ohio State University from 1964 to 1965. He went on to attend the University of Maryland from 1965 to 1968.

Kominar has worked for the Sartin Service Corporation and for Lee Sartin Trucking Company, Incorporated. He also served in the United States Air Force in 1969.[2]
