Sue Kullen (b. May 18, 1960) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. She has represented District 27B since being appointed on August 4, 2004 and currently serves as Chief Deputy Majority Whip.

Kullen is a disabilities advocate, consultant, and trainer. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Governor's Run Community Association, and was on the Maryland Community Residential Services Coalition from 1986-1996.

Kullen is a member of the Maryland Educators Caucus, Maryland Green Caucus, Maryland Labor Caucus, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, Maryland Rural Caucus, Maryland Veterans Caucus, Women Legislators of Maryland, and Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland.[1]
